Queen Street Planning Obligations
Decision:
33/2010 The Cabinet recommended to Council
that the Council undertake, as landowner, to require as a condition
of the land transfer that a developer enter into a Section 106
agreement securing the planning obligations, which will be set out
in full in the report to Council.
