Children and Young People's Strategic Plan 2003-2006 (policy framework)
Decision:
The Cabinet approved the rescheduling of the
plan to take into account the additional planning requirements.
This would mean a draft plan should be presented to Cabinet on 18
February 2003 for comment and recommendation to full Council on 5
March 2003.
