Review of By-laws
Decision:
252/2002 Cabinet endorsed the continuation of
the process of compiling consolidated by-laws to include relevant
open spaces and public areas within Medway, and to investigate and
report upon any by-laws enacted by Parish Councils that are
currently in force.
253/2002 Cabinet agreed to consider including the sums set out in
paragraphs 12.2 - 12.4 (inclusive) as part of the budget setting
process for 2003/2004.
