Capital Budget Monitoring
Decision:
135/2007 The Cabinet noted:
· Spend and commitments on the approved programme since 1
April 2007 to date amounted to approximately £6.5
million;
· Forecast spend during 2007/2008 as a whole amounted to
£109 million;
· The additions to the capital programme detailed in
sections 6 of the report;
· The virements approved as detailed in section 7 of the
report.
136/2007 The Cabinet recommended to Council on 26 July 2007 the
proposed further additions to the capital programme, outlined in
section 6 of the report.
137/2007 The Cabinet recommended to Council on 26 July 2007 to
adopt the changes to the Constitution as set out in Appendix 7 to
the report.
