Chatham Development Briefs
Decision:
61/2007 The Cabinet agreed to authorise the
Director of Regeneration and Development to make minor changes to
the proposed Development Brief for the Brook, Waterfront and
Station Approach areas of Chatham and issue it for
consultation.
62/2007 The Cabinet confirmed that no decision would be taken on
the demolition of the flyover until the statutory consultation on
the Development Brief had been completed.
