Development Contributions Guide
Decision:
201/2006 The Cabinet noted the generally
positive response to the first round of public consultation on the
Draft Development Contributions Guide as set out in Appendix 2 to
the report.
202/2006 The Cabinet agreed that a further round of public
consultation be undertaken for the reasons set out in the report
with a parallel consultation on the Sustainability
Assessment.
203/2006 The Cabinet agreed that the Director for Regeneration and
Development, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Strategic Development and Economic Growth, be granted delegated
authority to approve technical amendments to the revised guide
prior to its re-publication.
