Learning Disability Partnership Agreement
Decision:
34/2005 The Cabinet recommended to Council on
24 February 2005:
(i) that the Director of Health and Community Services, Director of
Finance and Corporate Services and the Assistant Director Legal and
Contract Services be delegated authority, in consultation with the
Portfolio Holders for Finance and Health and Community Services, to
agree the formal terms of the section 31 agreement (which will be
based upon the principles outlined in the report)
(ii) to agree the creation of a pooled budget arrangement between
Medway Council and Medway PCT for existing and future Learning
Disability budgets from 1 April 2005, and for Medway Council to
host the pooled budget.
