Acceptance of Tender - Housing Repairs and Maintenance Contract
Decision:
443/2004 The Cabinet agreed to accept the bid
from Botes Building Ltd as the Council's measured term contractor
for repairs to the housing stock for a period of one year from 1
April 2005 with the potential to extend the contract for a further
year.
444/2004 The Cabinet agreed to accept Springrove PM plc as back up
contractor.
445/2004 The Cabinet agreed to give delegated authority to the
Director of Health and Community Services, in consultation with the
Portfolio Holder for Health and Community Services, to extend the
contract for a further year (between 1 April 2006 - 31 March 2007)
providing all areas of performance are satisfactory.
