Variation of Restrictive Covenant: Land adjacent to 32 Mallard Way, Lower Stoke
Decision:
The Cabinet agreed to allow MHS to vary the
restrictive covenant contained in the transfer of land adjacent to
32 Mallard Way to permit the land to be used for the construction
of a pair of semi detached houses as approved under planning
permission reference MC/2000/1476 for the consideration set out in
the report.
