Inclusion in Learning Project
Decision:
350/2004 The Cabinet agreed to authorise the
Director of Education and Leisure to enter into contracts with
Medway Mediation, Medway Education Business Partnership and
Mid-Kent College to provide the Inclusion in Learning project
without going through a quotation or tendering process in
accordance with paragraph 7(a) of the Council's contract rules as
set out in section 3 of the report.
