Variation of Covenant: Strood
Decision:
The Cabinet agreed to vary the restrictive
covenants contained in the transfers of land at Knight Road, Strood
to allow the land to be used for uses within classes B1, B2 and B8
of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes Order) 1987 for the
consideration set out in the report.
