Library Management System
Decision:
The Cabinet authorised the Director of
Education and Leisure to negotiate and award a new 1-year contract,
with an option to extend for a second year, based upon existing
terms and conditions with the present supplier for the library
management system, and that it be exempt from the tendering process
under contract rule 2 (b) (i).
