Background:

 

This report provided details of the recent decision made by the Monitoring

Officer on 9 September 2015, in consultation with the Procurement Board, to award a series of contracts to the service providers to deliver the various elements of the HRA Housing Capital Programme.

 

An exempt appendix contained key information in respect of the financial analysis, evaluation and award.
