Purpose:
This report provides Cabinet with details of
the proposed framework arrangements for Medway's Children's Trust
Board and associated groups for approval.

Decision:
224/2008 The Cabinet agreed the proposed draft
framework arrangements for Medway's Children's Trust Board, as set
out in annex 1 to the report.
225/2008 The Cabinet authorised the Director of Children and
Adults, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Children's
Services, to finalise the final details of the framework
arrangements.
Reasons for the decision:
The new arrangements will respond to what
children and their families say will help tackle barriers and
deliver improved outcomes.
