To seek an extension of the approved prudential borrowing facility to develop the Phase 2 Medway Innovation Centre and set up the management of that facility.

158/2007 The Cabinet noted the progress achieved in developing the Phase 2 centre.
159/2007 The Cabinet recommended to Council the approval of the additional prudential borrowing requirement of up to £600,000 so that the project can move forward to contract.

These decisions will enable the Council to take the Medway Innovation Centre scheme forward, ensuring that Government money allocated to the project is committed by 31 March 2008.
