To present the recommendations from the Community Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee in relation to the development of the Council's five community centres.

These decisions support the development of applications for external funding in partnership with local stakeholder organisations and community representatives.

Revenue expenditure from the Social Regeneration and European Affairs service budgets will allow the delivery of the Community Futures Workshops described in the report and the ongoing improvements to the Community Centres.

This enables the development of a Social Regeneration Strategy which encapsulates existing neighbourhood improvement work and responds to the Regeneration Framework.
