Purpose:
To consider consulting in terms of primary and
secondary admissions as well as other issues including community
and voluntary controlled schools.
Decision:
305/2003 The Cabinet agreed to formal
consultation taking place on:(i) the admission arrangements for
primary and secondary community and voluntary controlled schools,
as set out in appendices 1 and 2(ii) the co-ordinating primary and
secondary schemes as set out in appendices 3 and 4.
Reasons for the decision:
The Council is required to undertake a
detailed consultation exercise before deciding the school admission
arrangements for September 2005.
