Decision:
181/2009 The Cabinet approved the revised Risk
Management Strategy, as set out in appendix A to the report, and
the amendments to the Council's Risk Register detailed in appendix
C to the report.
Reasons for the decision:
The establishment of a corporate framework for
risk management is recommended by CIPFA and SOLACE and will
complement and support the work already being carried out within
each directorate to manage risks.
