Purpose:

The Government requires an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) to be prepared to show if Local Development Frameworks (LDFs) are achieving their aims and delivering sustainable development. Its purpose is to report on both the performance of specific planning policies and a summary of progress against milestones set out for the preparation of Local Development Documents identified as part of the Local Development Scheme.

256/2008 The Cabinet approved the 2008 Annual Monitoring Report for submission to the Government Office for the South East by 31 December 2008.

Reasons for the decision:
