162/2008 The Cabinet agreed the Houses in
Multiple Occupation (HMO) policy and associated standards as set
out in appendix 1 to the report.
Reasons for the decision:
To ensure that all HMOs that require to be
licensed, meet the requirements of the Housing Act 2004 and
associated Regulations made there under.
