191/2007 The Cabinet agreed to delegate authority to the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Strategic Development and Economic Growth, to approve and accept the successful tender.

Delegated authority to accept the preferred tender will ensure the projected start on-site on 8 October 2007, which will enable a seamless transition and ensure the development is given the best start and chance to defray its secured expenditure.
