Decision details

To report to Cabinet on the Six-month statutory BVPI (best value performance indicators) collection. The report will also provide details of the council's performance during the second quarter of this year, as indicated by the critical success factors.

3/2007 The Cabinet noted the current performance against the Council's CSFs as indicated by the first six month's figures for this year.
4/2007 The Cabinet accepted the comments and recommendations made by Overview and Scrutiny Committees concerning the CSF performance.
5/2007 The Cabinet agreed the set of revised critical success factors to be used for monitoring from November 2006.

The Cabinet has a key role in monitoring the performance of the Council and in ensuring that any actions arising are followed through.
