This report will present the HRA Business Plan and will cover the following areas - strategic context, consultation, stock condition, performance, resources and action plan. There is a statutory requirement to formally consult with tenants on the plan and this will be set out in the report.

199/2005 The Cabinet approved the Housing Revenue Account Business Plan 2005/2034 for submission to GOSE.
200/2005 The Cabinet instructed officers to undertake a review of the impact and consequences of reducing the percentage of void properties being offered to the homeless with the results of the review being presented to the Health and Community Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee upon completion.

To comply with requirements under the New Financial Framework for the Housing Revenue Account (2001) to publish a business plan for the Housing Revenue Account service that has been assessed and signed off by the Government Office for the South East as being 'fit for purpose'.
