7/2005 The Cabinet agreed that the land adjoining 27 The Street, Upper Halling, is declared surplus to the Council's requirements and the Director of Finance and Corporate Services is instructed to dispose of it at best consideration.

The property is considered to be surplus to the Council's requirements and its disposal will contribute towards the Council's challenging capital receipt target of £4M per annum. Any future revenue costs associated with the property will also be eliminated.
