report for the reasons stated.
55/2004 The Cabinet granted delegated powers to the Director of
Health and Community Services in accordance with paragraph 7.1.1 of
the report.
Reasons for the decision:
As set out at paragraphs 12.1 and 12.2 of the
report. The tenders shown above were the most economically
advantageous as judged by the criteria listed within the report and
would bring stability in the homecare market as well as ensuring
availability of care across Medway.
