38/2010 The Cabinet agreed to the contract
being awarded to Ashdown Medway Accommodation Trust on the basis of
the outcome of the procurement process for a period of 3 years with
the provisions to extend for a further 1 year thereafter.
After the evaluation of all tenders received
in accordance with the Council's published evaluation criteria, the
tender submitted by the contractor was considered to be the most
economically advantageous
