Decision:
155/2009 The Cabinet approved the award of the
IT support contract for Medway Revenues & Benefits Service to
Steria Ltd for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a
further two years, subject to the existing terms and
conditions.
Reasons for the decision:
Steria Ltd demonstrated that they met all the
technical needs of the contract at the cheapest cost. They also
obtained the highest qualitative score, whilst embracing the
opportunity to provide risk and reward based business
transformation.
