Not for publication by virtue of paragraphs 7, 8 and 10 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as the report contains information of a commercially sensitive nature.

The Cabinet agreed to declare 9 London Road, Strood, as edged black on the attached plan, as surplus to requirements so that the Director of Finance and Corporate Services can sell it using his delegated powers on the basis of a long leasehold interest.

Declaring the property surplus and subsequently disposing of it would contribute to the achievement of the Council's approved capital receipt target of £4m per year.
