17/2003 Cabinet agreed to unfreeze the
following posts, as detailed in appendix 1 to the report, to enable
directors to commence the recruitment process (see attached minutes
for list of posts)
18/2003 The Cabinet agreed to defer to its next meeting the
consideration of the ICT Administrative Assistant post within the
Education and Leisure directorate.
Reasons for the decision:
These posts support the efficient running of
the council. Individual comments of support from the relevant
portfolio holders were set out in Appendix 1 to the
report.
