age range of Abbey Court School, Rainham, to permit the admission
of children from the age of 3 years with effect from September
2009.
The establishment of a Foundation Stage unit
at Greenvale Infant School and Abbey Court School, would be
consistent with the Council's duty to secure an education place for

children with additional needs. The initiation of the public
consultation process will allow views on the merits of the
proposals to be sought and considered in detail.
