258/2008 The Cabinet agreed that the school
meals contract goes out to tender on the basis set out in
paragraphs 6.11-6.16 of the report.
Reasons for the decision:
The existing contractual arrangement ends July
2009; following consultation with schools the recommendation is to
re-let the catering provision in schools for September
2009.
