Decision:
240/2008 The Cabinet agreed to adopt the
revised Corporation Street Development Framework as a supplementary
planning document.
Reasons for the decision:
An adopted development framework will provide
planning and design guidance for developers within the context of
an overall concept for the area. This will help maximise the
benefits of development for both historic Rochester and Rochester
Riverside.
