243/2008 The Cabinet recommended to Full Council that it declares 95 High Street and the coach dropping off point to the rear surplus, and that the Assistant Director of Housing and Corporate Services, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance, is authorised to dispose of the freehold of the premises for best consideration, on such terms considered reasonable and subject to leasing back of the ground floor, front basement and coach dropping off point at 95 High Street as set out in decision 244/2008.

Cabinet is requested to recommend to Council that it declares the freehold of the premises surplus subject to taking leasebacks to continue service delivery, to realise a capital receipt and gain investment in the Medway area.
