lease of the airfield.

Decision:
164/2008 The Cabinet delegated authority to
the Assistant Director of Housing and Corporate Services, in
consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance, to grant one or
more new non-secure leases of the existing Airfield for terms not
exceeding 5 years with break clauses, at best
consideration.
Reasons for the decision:
To secure the long-term future sustainability
of the Airfield in accordance with the Kent & Medway Structure
Plan, whilst meeting the Council's legal and fiduciary
duties
