This exempt report updates Members on the condition and on-going maintenance of the Medway Tunnel. The report also sets out details of ongoing discussions with the Rochester Bridge Trust. This report is not for publication under paragraph 5 of part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, as this report contains legally privileged information. It is considered the need to keep information exempt outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
