Councillor Wicks was elected as Chairman.

It was agreed that the record of this meeting would be signed outside the meeting.
16EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
 
The Committee agreed to exclude the press and public for the consideration of agenda item 4(B) (Appointment of Assistant Director, Children's Care) on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as actioned in paragraph 1 of part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
