| | | The Joint Committee was requested to agree a draft South Thames Gateway (STG) Building Control Partnership's Business Plan for 2008/2009 and invite each partner authority to provide its comments on this draft plan to the Secretary of the Joint Committee.

| Members discussed in detail the draft business plan and the Director of STG Building Control Partnership agreed to incorporate the amendments, together with any further comments from each of the partner authorities into the final draft business plan which would be considered at the next meeting of the Committee on 13 December 2007. |
