Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy

 

 

Summary

This report will set out the final Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy for approval following consideration of the draft document by the Health and Wellbeing Board on 3 July 2018, the Medway Clinical Commissioning Group Governing Body on 25 July 2018 and the Health and Adult Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 21 August 2018. The final Strategy will be considered by the Health and Wellbeing Board on 6 November 2018.
