Update to the Council's Contract Procedure Rules


This report will provide details of some proposed changes to some of the rules and practices governing low value procurements to (1) streamline the process and (2) increase auditability in decision making.


This report will initially be considered by the Audit Committee on 27 June 2018. Final approval of these changes will be a matter for Full Council on 19 July 2018.
