Summary
This report will seek the approval of Cabinet to carry out statutory consultation on a draft stage – Development Strategy - of the new Medway Local Plan. The report will set out draft planning policies and options for development sites up to 2035. It will be supported by a number of technical evidence based documents, including transport and sustainability assessments.
