This Committee has a
co-ordinating role in relation to all the overview and scrutiny
work programmes. This committee is also responsible for
scrutinising a range of services and policies including those
relating to the Council’s finances and budget setting
process, management of resources, the effectiveness of partnership
working, the management of the Council’s Housing Stock, the
improvement of private sector housing, adult learning and the
provision and management of libraries.
