Report for Information: The Disposal of the Freehold of Rainham Shopping Centre This report advises the Council of the sale of the freehold of Rainham Shopping Centre. This sale follows inclusion of the property on a list of non-operational properties which were declared surplus by the Cabinet on 29 October 2024.
