Background:
This report provided the Cabinet with details of the CCTV Partnership Agreement between Medway Council (Host Authority) and Gravesham Borough Council (Partner Authority). The Partnership Agreement covered the period from April 2021 to April 2024.
Due to the COVID pandemic, there was delay in the CCTV Partnership Board meeting to consider the draft Partnership Agreement and in 2022 there was a change in key personnel. The Board had since met and supported the draft Partnership Agreement and therefore Cabinet approval was now sought. The draft agreement was provided at Appendix 1 to the report, which was circulated in a Supplementary Agenda, along with appendices to the agreement which were provided in an Exempt Appendix.
