Councillor Joanne Howcroft-Scott - Other interests - Councillor Howcroft-Scott referred to application MC/23/1289 St Nicholas CE Voluntary Controlled Infant School, London Road, Strood, Rochester and advised that she was good friends with the previous Head Teacher. She explained that she had met the new Head Teacher a few times, however, she would remain and take part in the consideration and determination of the planning application.
