Gateway 1 Procurement Commencement: Management of the Old Vicarage

Summary

This report will set out the proposed approach to the commissioning and procurement of the future management of the Old Vicarage. It is currently managed by an external company. 

 

The Old Vicarage is a Local Authority Children’s Home established under the Children Act 1989 and run in accordance with Medway Council’s Policies and Guidelines for Children’s Residential Services and the Children’s Homes Regulations.
