Summary
This report will seek approval to commence the procurement process of two separate frameworks, one for Minor Works / Low Value Construction and another for Construction Professional Services Consultancy. The aim of the frameworks is to support the local economy through the useof local SMEs where they meet the required standards and speed up the procurement process through the use of call-offs and mini competitions. The implementation of the frameworks will be undertaken by two OJEU Restricted procedures.
