The Sub-Committee considered an appeal against the revocation of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence.
Decision:
After careful consideration of the written evidence and the representations made at the meeting, the sub-committee determined that the appellant should be given 6 points for a road traffic violation and 6 points for failure to comply with the Medway Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy in relation to reporting requirements and for driving a vehicle that was a non-wheelchair accessible vehicle.
